- This home has the Prime Chime which is not compatible with the Ring Pro Video Doorbell because it used DC instead of AC voltage. Removed the Prime Chime and installed a new 16v 30va compatible transformer to power up the Ring Pro. Set up two Ring Chimes on the first and second floor so they can hear if their is motion at the front door or if someone pushed the doorbell button.
