Most offline issues are caused by weak Wi-Fi or power loss. Try restarting your router and double-checking your transformer or battery level.
Make sure motion alerts are enabled in the app and that your phone settings allow notifications. Also, confirm your device is online.
This usually means poor Wi-Fi or low voltage. Move your router closer or consider a Wi-Fi extender. Wired models may need a transformer upgrade.
Chimes need to be synced to the Ring app. Also check your Wi-Fi, power source, and notification settings.
Hold the setup button for 15–20 seconds. The light should flash to confirm a reset. Follow the in-app prompts to set it up again.
