If any part of your Ring Doorbell or Ring system stops working because of how I installed it, I’ll return and correct it at no cost to you.

Before finishing your job, I always double-check that your Ring system is connected, powered, and responding correctly.

If the Ring product you supplied has a defect, I’ll help you troubleshoot and guide you on what to do — even though product defects aren’t covered.

What My Guarantee Does Not Cover!

If the Ring device malfunctions due to a defect or firmware issue, you’ll need to contact Ring Support.

I can’t guarantee signal strength, router settings, or internet outages that affect device performance.

I’ll always try to help, but if a device is damaged or defective before I install it, it falls outside of my guarantee.
